Monday, September 11, 2023, at 6:00 pm, in Council Chambers at 934 W. Main St., Hebron OH 43025

A pre-application & Concept Plan were received by Pulte Homes of Ohio, LLC for a Planned Residential Development on 121.50+/- acres of real property located between S. High Street & Canal Road.

The Village of Hebron Planning & Zoning Board has scheduled a Public Hearing on Monday, July 10, 2023, at 6:30 pm in Council Chambers, 934 W. Main Street, Hebron, Ohio 43025

1. An application was received for a Conditional Use for the property at 130 Arrowhead Boulevard; zoned General Commercial.
The applicant wants to construct an Extended Stay Hotel.

2. An application was received for a Variance for the property at 130 Arrowhead Boulevard; zoned General Commercial.
The applicant wants to construct an Extended Stay Hotel.

3. The Planning & Zoning Board will discuss the Final Site Plan for the Canal Crossing Project on Canal Road, Parcel #: 075-347010-00.000.
