Utility Billing

The Utility Billing Coordinator’s role is to oversee water and sewer accounts and facilitate billing for residential, commercial and industrial customers.

New service is established by reaching out to the Utility Billing Coordinator by phone, email or in person to obtain the required documents to set up your account. New service documents are also located at the bottom of this page.

Payment Options

The Village of Hebron accepts cash, check, money order or credit card. There is a fee for credit card payments, collected by a third-party vendor (NCourt).  You can pay online by clicking the button at the top of this page!

Also, customers can now sign up to access your water and sewer account through the online customer portal. Go to: hebronohio.authoritypay.com , enter your cid # located on your bill and create an account. You can view your history, current bill, make payments, and sign up for an ebill.

We now offer automatic monthly ACH payment withdrawals through your bank account to pay your water and sewer bill. Please call 928-2261 for more information.

The rates for water and sewer are as follows:

• Inside the Village limits:   The minimum bill is $25.20 up to 1000 gallons of usage for water and sewer combined, then for each additional 1000 gallons:

  • Water is $6.25 for each thousand gallons

  • Sewer is $11.10 for each thousand gallons ($22.20 up to 2000 gallons)

• Outside Village limits:  The minimum is $50.40 up to 1000 gallons of usage for water and sewer combined, then for each additional 1000 gallons:

  • Water is $12.50 for each thousand gallons

  • Sewer is $22.20 for each thousand gallons ($44.40 up to 2000 gallons)

*A $3.00 inside service fee and $6.00 outside service fee are included in each monthly bill.
