For those who wish to pay their water utility bills, court fines, or need services in person, the Village of Hebron Municipal Building will open its doors to the public on Monday, May 11th. Office hours will be from 9 a.m. -4 p.m. Monday-Friday at least until the end of the month. Patrons will still have the ability to pay their bills online, by phone, or via the drop box on the Northwest side of our parking lot if you choose (please note, the third-party vendor charges a small fee to pay online or by phone).
