The Village of Hebron Planning and Zoning Board has scheduled a Public Hearings on:
Monday, February 1, 2021 at 6:30 pm – in the Council Chambers, 934 West Main Street, Hebron OH 43025
1. The Property at 101 – 109 Longbow Court zoned General Commercial.
a. An application was received for a conditional use. The applicant wants to construct Boat and RV storage units.
b. An application was received for a variance from Planning and Zoning Code Chapter 1149.04 d which requires that hard surfaces such as: concrete, asphalt, or brick. The applicant wants to construct gravel instead.
