Public Notice -Planning & Zoning Public Hearing

The Village of Hebron Planning & Zoning Board has scheduled a Public Hearing on:

Monday, December 4, 2023 at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers, 934 West Main Street, Hebron OH 43025.

 Topic:  To review and provide a recommendation to Council on proposed amendments to the Village of Hebron Planning and Zoning Code that address the following:

1. new regulations for condominium residential district (R6)

2. amendment to Appendix E (Zoning District Chart)

3. amendment to Chapter 1147 (Special Provisions- Fences)

4. amendment to Chapter 1179 (Subdivisions- Sidewalks)
