COVID 19 Updates

Updated 3/17/20

The way we conduct our personal and professional lives has changed dramatically over the past week. Our first order of business has to be the protective health of our families, coworkers and friends. Therefore, I ask each of you to practice the directives of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in response to the Coronavirus. These include: staying home if sick, washing hands regularly, use tissues to cover mouth when sneezing, clean frequently touched surfaces, avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth, avoid handshakes and do not travel if sick. If we all do our part, we can collectively make a difference in reversing this pandemic.

Though the most recent mass gathering mandate has been limited to groups of ten, exercise is important. We encourage you to utilize Evans and Canal Parks walking trails. Canal Park nature trail is located at the south end of the parking lot at Canal Park and extends all the way to Buckeye Lake. Also, the Licking County Park District outdoor facilities will continue to be open for public use.

Here at the Hebron Municipal Complex, as with many public and private entities, we have closed the office to walk-in customers and are reviewing other steps to protect our employees and residents. However, we remain staffed and are accepting phone calls. Our phone number is 740-928-2261.

Water bill payments are due on the 25th of each month. Payment options include the drop box in our parking lot, submitting your utility or Mayors’ Court payment online via the link below, or by calling 740-527-9210. An administrative fee of $3.95 online or $4.95 by phone will be assessed by the billing company.

We encourage you to stay informed about the developing public health situation and to protect yourself and others around you. For additional health information, visit https://coronavirus.ohio.gov/wps/portal/gov/covid-19/
