Sealed Bids for the construction of the TRAVELING BRIDGE MEDIA FILTER REHABILITATION PROJECT will be received by the Village of Hebron in the Offices of the Fiscal Officer at 934 W. Main Street, Hebron, OH 43025 until Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at 11:30 am local time, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of REHABILITATION OF THE WASTEWATER DEPARTMENT’S TRAVELING BRIDGE MEDIA FILTER FOR THE VILLAGE OF HEBRON.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Engineer’s Office by contacting the project engineer, Mike Crane (mcrane@v3co.com), and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
Bids will be accepted only from Plan Holders of Record. In order to be a Plan Holder of Record, Bidding Documents must be purchased from the Issuing Office by contacting Tammy Segieth by phone at 614-761-1661 or email at tsegieth@v3co.com.
Bidding Documents are available to be e-mailed in portable document format (PDF) at a non-refundable charge of $30.00. Alternatively, printed Bidding Documents may be obtained for a non-refundable payment of $50.00 plus a non-refundable fee of $10.00 for shipping.
The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s Date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.

Bid Security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders.
Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on public improvements in Licking County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations.
The bid form and all line items on the bid form must be completed in full.
No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening thereof.
The Village of Hartford reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Village of Hebron.
