Internet Auction

The Village of Hebron, Ohio, will list unwanted, unneeded personal property for public bid through internet auction on www.Municibid.com beginning at 7am on November 2, 2023 and ending November 16, 2023 at staggered times, beginning at 1:00pm. Available items will include a 2007 Chevy Impala, a 2014 Dodge Charger, a 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 w/plow, a 2006 Yamaha Rhino 660 4x4 w/winch and plow, a Brush Bandit Wood Chipper, a Kifco Pull-behind Sprinkler, a Cub Cadet 1130 Snowblower, 4 Infilco Degremont Inc. UV Banks, and miscellaneous signs.

Items will be sold in “as-is” condition; no warranties are expressed or implied and all sales are final. Items must be picked up within 10 days of the close of the auction. Payment must be made at time of pick up, in the form of cash, certified checks, or money order. Complete auction terms available on the auction website and at Village Hall. The Village of Hebron reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

Monday, November 6, 2023, at 6:00 pm – in Council Chambers, 934 W. Main Street, Hebron, OH 43025

1.     An application was received for Site Development. The applicant has applied for site development for the property located directly south of 122 Arrowhead Boulevard, Hebron, OH. Parcel # 075-344754-00.005.

2.     An application was received for a Conditional Use. The applicant has applied for a conditional use for the property located at 161 N. High Street, Hebron, OH. Parcel # 075-345324-02.002.  

3.      An application was received for a Variance. The applicant has applied for a variance for new residential construction for the property located at 602 W. North Street, Hebron, OH. Parcel # 075-347646-00.000.

Hebron Comprehensive Plan Feedback Sessions

The Village of Hebron is excited to invite residents to participate in the comprehensive plan review & feedback opportunities. Please consider attending one of the sessions below. Please note that the open house will be an opportunity to walk through and review the plan while providing written feedback. The feedback sessions in November will be interactive sessions that will include presentations and discussion.  

 

Open House: October 24th 4:30-6:30pm 


Feedback sessions:

November 2nd- 6:00-7:30pm

November 8th- 3:30-5:00pm

November 9th- 9:00-10:30am

November 14th- 6:00-7:30pm

The Village of Hebron Planning & Zoning Board has scheduled a Public Hearing on:

 Monday, November 6, 2023, at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers, 934 West Main Street, Hebron OH 43025.

 

Topic:  To review and provide a recommendation to Council on proposed amendments to the Village of Hebron Planning and Zoning Code that address the following:

  1. new regulations for the keeping and harboring of farm animals;

  2. new regulations for Short-Term Rentals in residential districts;

  3. additional clarifying language to regulations for bed and breakfast inns;

  4. amended and updated fee schedule for zoning permits and applications;

  5. additional clarifying language to regulations for recreational vehicles;

  6. amended and updated definitions for home occupations and private/commercial kennels; and,

  7. amended and updated regulations for home occupations.
