Public Notice-Planning & Zoning Public Hearing

The Village of Hebron Planning & Zoning Board has scheduled a Public Hearing on Monday, July 10, 2023, at 6:30 pm in Council Chambers, 934 W. Main Street, Hebron, Ohio 43025

1. An application was received for a Conditional Use for the property at 130 Arrowhead Boulevard; zoned General Commercial.
The applicant wants to construct an Extended Stay Hotel.

2. An application was received for a Variance for the property at 130 Arrowhead Boulevard; zoned General Commercial.
The applicant wants to construct an Extended Stay Hotel.

3. The Planning & Zoning Board will discuss the Final Site Plan for the Canal Crossing Project on Canal Road, Parcel #: 075-347010-00.000.

Public Notice-Public Hearing

The Council of the Village of Hebron has scheduled a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 5:30 pm in Council Chambers, 934 West Main Street, Hebron OH 43025.

 

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a recommendation from the Hebron Planning & Zoning Board for a pre-application and Concept Plan for Planned Residential Development for a 21-acre site located on the north side of E. Main Street across from Kroger.

The Hebron Village Records Commission will hold their semi-annual meeting at 5:30 PM on Wednesday, May 10, 2023. This meeting will take place at the Municipal Complex, 934 West Main Street, Hebron.
