Council Annual Organizational Meeting
The Hebron Village Council will hold the 2023 Annual Council Organizational Meeting at 5:30 PM on Wednesday, January 11, 2023.
The purpose of the meeting is to organize for the year, including electing a 2023 President of Council, appointing a facilitator for Combined Council Committees Meetings, making committee assignments, and setting Council and Combined Committees Meeting schedules.
The meeting will take place at the Municipal Complex, 934 West Main Street, Hebron.

The Hebron Village Council will hold a public Council Meeting at 6 PM on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 immediately following the Annual Organizational Meeting.
The meeting will take place at the Municipal Complex, 934 West Main Street, Hebron.
Village of Hebron offices will be closed tomorrow, Friday, December 23, 2022.
We feel this is the best decision for the safety for our employees. We will be closed Monday to observe the Christmas holiday and return to our normal work hours on Tuesday, December 27th.

The Council of the Village of Hebron has scheduled two Public Hearings on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, beginning at 5:30 pm at the Hebron Municipal Building, 934 West Main Street, Hebron to review recommendations from the Hebron Planning & Zoning Board regarding zoning amendment requests. The regularly scheduled Council Meeting will begin promptly after the Public Hearings adjourn.
Topic 1: The applicant seeks to amend a 6.44-acre property located at 129 N. High Street, Hebron, Ohio from Manufacturing 1 (M-1) and Residential 4-Zero Lot Line (R-4) to Residential 5 (R-5) Multifamily zoning.
Topic 2: The applicant seeks to amend a 0.63-acre property located at 3261 Hebron Road, Hebron, Ohio from Conservation District 1 (C-1) zoning to Manufacturing 1 (M-1) zoning.
The Planning & Zoning Board recommends both requests be granted as requested.

An application was received for a zoning variance. The applicants are requesting to install a 10’ x 30’ billboard on the Village of Hebron’s property located at 3261 Hebron Road, Hebron, Ohio 43025.

A contractor will be working on the aprons at the entrance and exit to the Hebron Municipal Building next week. We will close one apron at a time during this work, so please use caution as all traffic will be entering and exiting on the same side of the lot. We will keep you updated as the work progresses.
The Village of Hebron will be accepting sealed bids for mowing along the State Route 79 right-of-way between the North Corporation limit to the South Corporation limit, and including the access ramp areas at the juncture of SR 79 and US 40.
Prospective bidders are required to utilize the bid packet that can be obtained from the Hebron Municipal Building located at 934 W. Main Street, Hebron. The packet can also be obtained online at www.hebronvillage.org or by emailing chris.furbee@hebronvillage.org
Proposals are to be in a sealed envelope marked “MOWING” and delivered to the Hebron Municipal Building. Bids will be opened at 4:00pm on Monday, December 27, 2022. No bids will be accepted after that time. The Village of Hebron reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Burgess and Niple, Inc. will be flying the Village Streets with a drone between December 12 and 23 in an effort to locate and digitize the various streets, utilities, manholes, storm grates, street signs, fire hydrants, and other community assets. This work will provide a tool that will help with maintaining and improving these assets more efficiently and accurately now and in the future.
