2. An application was received for a Variance for the property at 130 Arrowhead Boulevard; zoned General Commercial. The applicant wants to construct an Extended Stay Hotel.

3. The Planning & Zoning Board will discuss the Final Site Plan for the Canal Crossing Project on Canal Road, Parcel #: 075-347010-00.000.
