On Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 5:30pm the Council of the Village of Hebron, Licking County, Ohio will hold a public hearing to consider a recommendation from the Hebron Planning & Zoning Board. The public hearing will be held at the Hebron Municipal Building at 934 W. Main Street, Hebron, Ohio.

An application was received to rezone a property located on W. Main Street, Hebron; parcel numbers 075-344922-00.000 and 078-330558-00.000, to a Planned Residential Development and approval of a related Concept Plan.

The request was reviewed by the Hebron Planning & Zoning Board and the recommendation is to approve the rezoning ordinance and approval of a related Concept Plan with consideration of the following items: Provide fencing to adjacent property to the west that will terminate at the bottom of East Street, and access to the wells on site be limited sufficiently to address safety concerns.

The public hearing shall allow for public comments and concerns.
